1. Cancellation Policy
Guests are allowed to cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to charges as per the hotel's cancellation policy.

2. Damage and Liability
Guests shall be responsible for any damages caused to hotel property due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs or replacements.

3. Hotel Rules and Regulations
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the hotel has established the following rules:

• Guests must adhere to noise control policies to maintain a peaceful environment.

• Proper conduct must be maintained in all hotel premises.

• Room occupancy limits must be strictly followed.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, as per the hotel's smoking policy.

• Pets may or may not be allowed; guests should confirm with the hotel in advance.

• Housekeeping services are provided as per the hotel’s schedule and guidelines.

4. Prohibited Activities and Outside Consumption
The hotel reserves the right to prohibit certain activities that may disrupt other guests or violate safety regulations. Additionally, the consumption of outside food and beverages may not be allowed in the hotel premises.

By staying at our hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal from the premises at the hotel's discretion.
